When I say I love this facility. The staff and administrators are the best! All of my children have attended North Point Academy. I will refer this center always. They are sweet, kind and believe in family engagement. The administration rocks always there for the family’s. This is a true community of educators. This center is absolutely the best, from a teacher and parent perspective. My daughters have been here for the past five years and they absolutely love Ms. Joanna. They make sure that is their first stop every morning.
I definitely will NOT recommend this preschool to anyone. I do appreciate that they prepare learning activities and conduct crafts with the children. The biggest problem I have with this facility is that they try manipulate the children to behave a certain way with "rewards"... I have definitely given this facility a fair shot... My child was excluded out of all rewards (parties, cakes etc) at this preschool... My child was also excluded out of the end of year ice-cream social that I thought was supposed to signify a completion of preschool... I donate stuff for the ice-cream party and my child does not get to participate but the teacher tells me they had a great day... I find out when I get home that my child did not get any icecream, like whyy?? I have donated multiple items and supported the school events just for my child to constantly tell me they were not included... The child is 5yrs old, make it make sense, it's preschool... It's supposed to be an environment that focuses on learning through play.
Dr. Hinton is one of the nicest, sweetest directors at Northpoint Academy. She will give you the shirt off of her back. My children go here and my son's teacher, Jaleek and Mrs. JoAnna is one of the best teachers there are. He helps teach children talk more with their vocabulary and speech development. Northpoint Academy has truly been a blessing to me and my children.
