The program is very helpful. Reina Ortiz was a great help in setting my daughter up the early headstart program. The transition was smooth. I’m hoping she enjoys her time there.

Giving it a star is BEING NICE ENOUGH. Waste of time, they don’t train their employees enough to be able to provide the CORRECT information to those seeking to enroll their children. I had called beforehand to ask information, I was informed A COMPLETE DIFFERENT INFORMATION. I had an appointment set up to enroll my daughter which the person who was supposed to see me wasn’t even there COMPLETE JOKE. I met with Destiny who took all my daughter’s information, COMPLETELY MISSED TO INFORM ME THAT MY DAUGHTER WOULD HE PUT ON A WAITLIST. I THEN HAD TO FOLLOW UP - ME THE PARENT BECAUSE WHY WOULD THEY EVEN TAKE THE TIME TO REACH BACK OUT. I was told my daughter needed a physical done asap which I did only to find out she then was NOT EVEN ON THE LIST BUT AS WELL DID NOT QUALIFY FOR THE PROGRAM. BIGGEST WASTE OF MY TIME - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Oh yeah, I asked to speak to a supervisor apparently they clock out by 3:30 PM for the day.

The program is good and my daughter loves going to school but it's difficult for me to communicate with staff because I don't speak Spanish. Every call I make they telle someone who speaks English will call back and every email or text I get is in Spanish. Not everyone speaks Spanish.

Really very good experienced. Very good management. Good service for little head star and head start program. Perfectly tack care of children by all staff like teacher office staff and all. Perfect calss planing. Transfer service by bus with safety for children. Very good tack care of child. 👍👌👏❤

The school is great with understanding teachers and great programs but the rest of the staff are rude especially the director, who was disrespectful over a misunderstanding there was with an ordered picture day package. For a director, this woman was very unprofessional.
