North Drive Child Care Center

My brother sends my nephew to this daycare and is looking for another. It’s supposed to be a state ran facility. The teachers here are cut off at the knee caps bc of whoever runs the daycare. They are wonderful teachers but There’s no discipline with these kids bc the teachers can’t discipline the kids and aren’t allowed to do so otherwise they’ll get disciplined and possibly lose their jobs. My nephew has told me that the kids hit, slap, spit on, and talk back to the teachers and there’s no repercussions. I was there the other day and one of the kids told his teacher to shut up. The teacher couldn’t do anything about it…If you want your kids getting bullied and learning that there are no consequences when you do something wrong then send them here. If you want your kids growing up to respect you, having a shred of decency towards others & having good teachers that actually get to do their jobs I would not send them to this school. Kids 1-5yrs old are supposed to learn about shapes and colors, even the alphabet but that is not the case here.
