Not a good experience. Signed our 7 yr old up for volleyball - he’s a little mush usually takes him a day or two a few tears. Very unprofessional bc 1-2 parents stayed for morning. Was embarrassing in front of my son who was basically booted. That is terrBike and no one cared when we left. The response was isn’t he over it by the first part. Maybe they should say kids parents cannot stay first day. This is a youth camp I must point out as a teacher. Your job is to recognize the one or two kids that are shy or slow to integrate and you make it a good experience for them. Shame on them. No mention of a refund. And I get it as a teacher at some point parents have to relinquish and you can’t over baby BUT you can make the difference and take the time for that 1. Now if he cries every day not a year here and there bc their young nervous - that different but to be so standoffish and dismissive shame on you and making the kid ashamed he was nervous thumbs down
