North Albany Learning Center

After nearly two years of my daughter attending North Albany Learning Center, I have nothing but positive things to say. Every day, the staff create a positive, uplifting environment and build strong, meaningful connections with the students. This is not just a childcare center, it’s a place that truly fosters growth. The teachings support not only learning, but also help shape children into kind, confident little people.

This daycare is horrible! Do not put your kid in the place you will regret it. I ignored there reviews and tried for myself. The staff in this place or so bad it’s not even funny, they are all trailer park class no teeth and treat your child horribly, if your child cries they shame you child for it and then wait till you leave and yell at them. I know cause you could here them out side when your leaving. I called out the owner and told them what was going on they didn’t like it so they don’t want your child there anymore. They will charge full price even if you kid is part time. Then the owner had the nerve to blame me for why my baby wasn’t adjusting to being there. When really it was how they treated my child. To top it off my daughter was so miserable they took a picture of here so sad and put it as her profile on her appt and check on and out. Be aware of this place I will be turning them in to the state!

Called, emailed, left messages. No one gives any answers- just trying to keep my daughter on the waiting list. The director just ghosts people and uses the excuse she was too busy- for over a month to return a call or email. Wouldn’t trust my kids with them!

Outstanding daycare. Caring, knowledgeable, flexible staff. Good hours, reasonable price. We go back and visit the staff sometimes.

Shady company. They are just out to get your money...They’ve tried to Bill me TWICE and my daughter stopped going there in July.
