I had my 2 yr old at this location for about 5 months, she was constantly getting bitten and then I was told that my 2 yr old was aggressive, yet she never bit anyone. Before I decided to pull her out, her registration fee was waived and now I'm getting calls that it's been sent to collections, I am not paying them jack. Update: I received a call from a woman named Jennifer in regards to my account being sent to collections, she took care of that and I am very grateful so I decided to change the one start to two stars. I still do not agree with how I was spoken to on the day that I removed my daughter from this location.
KinderCare has been such a great daycare facility for my children. They have been attending KinderCare going on 2 years now and this is the longest daycare they have been at. The entire staff and director Ms. Whitney is amazing! They will go out of their way for my babies and I couldn’t be more grateful for a better group of people watching over my kids. If there’s any concerns or anything that may be a problem they will let me know right away and to help me fix it together! They are so thoughtful, kind and trustworthy! They have proven that ❤️
My child attended this daycare for six months at most… several instances that teachers were unprofessional toward, administrators, parents and children when brought by myself and two others parents nothing was done, my daughter was moved up in class. Fast forward to today, I get a call to pick up my child early, there were problems with her laying down during nap time. I let the the director know I would be there in 30 mins. Once I arrived and entered the class room, a woman usually found in the office was physically restraining my daughter while another teacher sat next to them. I asked for supervisor above director’s information was given a bogus number. I will be contacting DHS. Do yourself a favor, find another daycare. This one is terrible.
My daughter has been attending KinderCare since she was 9 months old and has loved every day here. She looks forward to coming every day. My son also attends KinderCare and I have never had an issue. I have thoroughly enjoyed the care my son receives from Flo and the other infant teachers. Faith and Erika are always extremely helpful, sweet, understanding and are always prompt to answer and questions and get back to me!
Mrs. Whitney is a awesome director. I’m happy to know if I go to her she will fix any problems I may have. Me and my kids just love her so much! Thank you Mrs. Whitney!
