I had my little girl here for a few months back in 2021. My daughter diapers weren't changed accordingly and the staff is not professional. Maybe they have changed it in the last year, but the managers daughter will yell and argue with you when asked questions abput your child's care. There's a black headed younger one , keep in mind both of these workers has kids there...who had an extreme lack empathy towards my little girl. Their policy when you file an application with them and read the fine print, parents aren't allowed to yell at their kids while they are present on the property. But the staff is allowed too. I dont how many I waked in there, staff was on their phones, while their was another boy crying at the double doors of their cafeteria. This was a repeated thing, not just one time did I notice it. My baby girl was left multiple times with soiled diapers. Including the #2. When I asked the black headed younger girl, she had an attitude and played like she didn't know about. Nor any other I jury and teeth marks, found on my daughter. She was mostly the teacher that stayed with the toddlers. The staff in infants was very caring and professional at that time. As far as the rest of the staff, I don't understand why the fee is so high, for such poor care. And when you have these issues, the management will give you a round around and be non responded. So yes, I called an higher authority to take care of the manner. I immediately withdraweled my daughter and found her better care. Have no respect for the mangers daughter, nor that black headed younger woman. What I can't phathom is how they would react if it was their children getting treated in that manner!

Rednecks and hillbillies! So called Christians...keep you sweet baby's away from this place, they are just plane child neglecters and they cover it up when you complain about it. I even have directors on recording telling me that my child will get hurt and if I do t like it I need to take him else where. Wow just what a parent want to hear. I will be posting a recording on YouTube soon under day cares name so u can hear it yourself.
