Noah'S Ark Christian Preschool & Childcare Center

I went to many other Day care centers trying to find the right fit for my daughter. It was hard to leave my baby to a day care center and have the peace of mind, so i can go back to my work routine. Noah's Ark has provided me a great experience for my daughter and myself. My baby goes to school every day happy !! and glad to see her teachers every morning. All teacher are always open to answer any questions about the child's' learning, behavior, and they also provide me with some suggestions that are helping my daughter into the transition to day care environment. This school has made me feel at ease every day when leaving my daughter.

My daughter, whom I have shared custody with, was attending this preschool. The other parent was one of the teachers who worked at the school and made the times I was to pick up my daughter very stressful. I belong to the LGBT community and was being harassed at Noah's Ark because of this. At first I didn't have anything against the school, I knew that it was just me and the other parent not getting along. I talked to the principal and made a formal complaint against this teacher, the other parent. We agreed that it would be in everybody's best interest if the other parent was not present in the classroom when it was my time to pick up my daughter. However, later on in a court hearing, a letter that the principal had written stating "no incidents have been brought to my attention regarding poor exchanges" had been used against me. I quickly contacted the principal and reminded her that I had made a formal complaint not too long back. She had forgotten. I asked for a copy of the complaint I had made for evidence. She told me that the file was private and that I could not receive a copy. I tried diplomatically to resolve a serious problem at Noah's Ark and was told that we could make peace just to be back-stabbed later at a time when it mattered a great deal.

My daughter can't get enough of this place. Her teachers are friendly and will always give me an update on how well she is doing. I think it's her favorite place. I do love how clean and well taken care off is my little girl.

Great staff! Very helpful and caring! I have had nothing but good experiences at Noah's Ark.
