I would never recommend this childcare center to anyone. The staff are consistently rude and unprofessional, making me question their ability to care for children. My child often came home with unexplained scratches and once even had a mild allergic reaction due to their negligence with food allergies. The management is unresponsive and dismissive of concerns, making it clear that they prioritize cutting corners over providing quality care. Avoid this place if you value your child's safety and well-being. All these people do is lie.

I am writing this review not out of malice, but rather because I am highly disappointed with the owner's conduct at this establishment. While we were receiving state assistance for child care, we had no issues with the daycare. Although they occasionally misplaced our children's items, they always found them the next day. However, our experience changed when our one-year-old lost a shoe. Despite waiting patiently for a refund, it never came. We did not make an issue of it, due to the fact that they normally find the items. However, after a search we were informed that the shoe could not be found and we would be refunded. We waited patiently for the refund, however, during that time our state assistance ended so we proceeded as private pay while reapplying for assistance. The cost for our 2 boys was over $1800 a month. Unlike most daycares, this daycare stated they do not offer sibling discount, they do not offer part-time services. In the event of a school closure or students not attending for a day or 2, the full weekly pay is still required. We know this, because we inquired about it, which apparently caused the owner to become agitated and proceeded to say that we were attempting to haggle. When we requested that our refund be applied to our payment, we were accused of trying to circumvent the weekly payments. Mind you, the entire time we were paying privately, we never defaulted on payments. At 2:39PM, on 5/30/23, we were called about a payment that was not made at the time we dropped off the kids (very 1st occurence), we made the payment the moment we went to pick up the kids. After making the payment, despite never defaulting on payment, the owner (Pamela) unexpectedly asked to remove our children from the daycare without any prior notice and refunded our money. We have never had any altercation with anyone at this daycare, so of course I called Pamela to discuss the matter and get clarification. She then proceeded to inform us that she has had the daycare for years and has only had 1 family request a refund, so then to her, it is clear we are financially struggling if we are requesting a refund, and that is quite evident since we are requesting state aid... these were her comments. Throughout our time at the daycare, we have consistently made full payments and never failed to do so. However, the owner's condescending attitude, refusal to reimburse us for our child's lost shoe, and sudden expulsion of our children without any prior notification were all highly disrespectful and inconsiderate actions. Such behavior has led us to give this daycare a two-star rating.

I strongly advise against bringing your children to this establishment. The childcare provided is substandard and concerning. My children experienced mistreatment, including being hit, pinched, and neglected. I recommend steering clear of this place and Pamela Carter, who has demonstrated unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. Her responses to negative reviews are indicative of her inability to take responsibility. For the well-being of your children, seek care elsewhere.

In my opinion this is a last option, bottom of the barrel, possibly dangerous childcare center. This was the worst decision I ever made for my child. The center is very unorganized, the Director nor the Assistant Director are never available. They are disrespectful and will get extremely nasty with you if you defend yourself. Some of the teachers hit or pinch the children. The record keeping is ridiculous. The Directors daughter doesn’t like children and consistently says it in front of the children, their parents and other staff. That same person also expressed to co-workers she doesn’t believe in God, which is her decision but not appropriate for work conversation. The children are out of control because all but maybe 2 teachers are under qualified. My child was constantly coming home stating she had been hit, or slept most of the morning. Last but not least the owner whom I didn’t know existed, because of her lack of presence, was very unprofessional and rude when trying to handle disagreements or other business. Again in my opinion this is not childcare but child endangerment with a heap of personal headaches. Deserves no stars but you have to give one to rate.
