Superb at care, comfort, and consideration of clients. So glad I chose them for physical therapy.
So, I guess the other physical therapists are good. The one I was seeing no longer works there and she was what made it 5 out of 5 stars. I give them 2.5 stars because of their professionalism and communication skills. To say, that Positive Outcomes professionalism and communication skills are way below sub par is an understatement. Apparently their clients time and petrol use is not important to them. Seriously, how does one “try” to get hold of someone. Does one make the effort and then stop half way through, so they can say they tried? Perhaps they are good at what they do; however, the lack of professionalism, the impotence in their ability to communicate, and the lack of empathy to the clients is why I would not recommend them.
Friendly, kind, welcoming, and good at what they do. Physical Therapy isn't always fun, and they make it so!
This people are like family. They are so profesional. They treat you with love and emphathy. If you need therapy i recomend Positive Outcomes 100%.
Everyone in my family and several of my friends have been here for one thing or another, and I have nothing but praise. Carmen fixed my knee and Melissa is just the best physical therapist EVER. I can honestly say that Positive Outcomes has improved my quality of life.
