They’ve helped me ONCE within 3 years. Every time around when it’s time they say there out of funds but help certain people. I find it unfair to many of us who’s been waiting years for help.
I am disabled from a stroke and struggling to raise 3 boys. NDO has been a huge help! They worked to get LIHEAP for 2 of the last 3 years and got me help on my water bill last year. i hope to get help again this year.
Sounds lovely, if only they would return calls.
