This daycare has some nice teachers since the last time we were there. However, my daughter was bullied for almost a full year by another child. I was having to drag her out of the car crying a few times because she dreaded going to her class. The director met with myself and my daughter on numerous occasions assured her/us everything would be okay and that the situation would be absolved, nothing changed. When I brought it to her attention at the end of our journey with this daycare, Leslie walked up to me and aggressively asked me when I plan on removing my children. I advised her maybe the next time my daughter gets hit. We left that week. Removing my kids was the best thing God could’ve guided me to do. They are currently at a daycare where the receive exceptional love and care, they learn and have amazing field trips with a God based center without being an actual church daycare. Very grateful for the move it was the best thing that could’ve happened and since being at our current daycare I feel as if a ton of bricks has lifted off my shoulders. Wouldn’t recommend this facility. Due to how my child was bullied incessantly and how nothing changed by way of the director, teachers, or the parent(there wasn’t even as much as a meeting with the other parent even though there were multiple testimonies that the child was not only bullying my child, but others as well), I would not give any stars if it were a possibility.

My child went here from infancy, until age 2. Ms. Jordan is wonderful, and Ms. Allison in the infant room was amazing. We never had a single issue for the first year. Once she moved up to toddler room is when we had issue after issue. We tried to meet with the director to solve the problems and she would either gaslight us into trying to believe the problem didn't exist, or she would say she would address the problem and then never would. One day I went to pick her up and none of the teachers knew where she was. A teacher told me "I thought she had already been picked up". We found her in a dark, empty classroom alone. They had no idea. The teacher that we had all the issues with is still employed there. My coworker is now pulling her child due to a teacher spanking her child. She met with the director, and was also gaslit.

I love this place! My son (4) is in pre K here and loves the program and the teachers! It has been taken over by a new director and is really getting turned around. New playgrounds, cleaning, painting and getting new equipment. I love how open everyone is and very accepting and no hidden fees! They have a open door policy where you can drop in on your kid whenever you want to read or visit with the class. They give breakfast, lunch, snack and naps! Tons of field trips! So much happier here than the private costly schools I have been using in the past.

They have a terrible flea problem, could possibly be bed bugs too but the flea problem has been a problem for a lot of parents and their kids at this daycare. Too much going on and try to cover it up. Don’t know how to clean the babies properly.

Needs more assurance that staff and leading staff know the correct knowledge about parental laws rights concerning schools and all other learning instutions. Also, how to properly notify others/ other parent when someone says they have Custody of a child (ren). The non custodial parent provided false information along with a document that had no mention of either of us having custody or joint custody; it was about a grand parent seeking rights of their grandchild. " The Mother and Father have joint custody" must vmbe changed to the mother and father's name. This parent even lied to the judge on two separate court dates stating that the judge had given him Custody. How Sway? Then presents to the court everything but the court order stating who has Custody. Instead, the other parent presents more false documents to the judge, mind you this is the judge who awarded me Custody and such things related to Custody. So, things seem simple enough until a staff member (Leslie) tells you that you can't take your child home based on the other parent claiming they have Custody of the child. Luckily enough for me, even though I forgot to provide a copy of the custody court order to this school prior to this happening, my intuitive self kicked in beforehand and I was prepared with the correct court order/documents which clearly stated that I have Custody. I guess "pay attention to details" school staff and leading staff. That could have left me in a pickle had I not carried my "life insurance" on me that day. I have heard of similar situations happening since and to be honest, it seems to be that for some reason they disregard the parent who they are most familiar with partly because they are presented with documents, but not the correct documents. They just don't want to deal with details I suppose. That's my spill on these people.
