Had an issue with pests when picking up a clone from a dispensary for the first time from this company. The next day I spoke with the dispensary and the nursery. The dispensary did their part and got rid of remaining stock in the store and starting cleaning the area and this nursery replaced my clone and took care of me. Replacement plants were inspected and saw zero signs of anything concerning. I appreciate Next Gen for taking care of me.
