I wouldn’t recommend. No one ever answers the phone, voicemail is always full and my son’s items is constantly coming up missing. There are times that I sent him a daycare with certain clothing items, but they sent him home without those clothing items. Also, What continuously sick here so obviously they don’t clean the place well enough or they allow sick children to come. The tablet to sign my son in and out seems to have constant issues where it says that I didn’t sign him in or out but I always do. I’m waiting for my name to be on top of the waiting list so I can pull my son out and place my son in a better daycare. Unfortunately, for right now, this is the only Convenient daycare because I’m on the bus line but I really do not recommend. I’m just putting up with it for now. This place needs to be more professional and organized But this is on the owner.
The lady's are nice, but the owner is all about making money more then a child's well-being and for that this company gets a 0-10 from me. Next Generation child care allows children to come while sick! My baby has caught colds while attending here, so when he's sick I keep him home while I nurse him back to healthy recovery, and then I'll send him back only for him to have another old by the weekend, so he goes to daycare today and he's been kicked off the lst.
Didn't even get my daughter in the daycare facility yet, very unprofessional on the phone the person I was speaking to fell asleep on the phone and was snoring. Then when I tried to call them back, my number was blocked I would not recommend.
I was going to take my granddaughter to this center but I changed my mind after trying to call them countless times several days out the week. Their voicemail has been full for weeks. So if I can't reach any of the staff members at any time of day that tells me they are unprofessional. At some point in time, especially during nap time someone should be able to answer the phone
I love this center. My children have been going here for a few years now and they love it here and so do I. My son was more than ready for kindergarten and I know my daughter will be. The kids that go here think they live here lol
