The teachers are allowing kids to make fun of my daughter bc she isn’t fully potty trained. I do not think this daycare is good for children. They are really terrible at uplifting children. The bullying must be condoned bc my daughter has been made fun of multiple times and it’s going to be really bad when I step in and say something to the director or parent

wouldn’t recommend this Daycare if you value what you’re money is going into and the care that will be given to your child. my child attended this daycare for 1 month and it was chaotic, the teachers would refuse to give my son the proper ounces of formula that was recommended by us his parents, my child would be starving for 6-7 hours daily from the lack of formula bottles and the lack of baby puree that was given. that caused my child to be extremely fussy and be in distressed. they also have these sheets that the teachers are required to fill out but hardly ever do because of laziness. the sheet was stating my child was only changed twice but was there for 6-7 hours daily ! but the staff will continue to ask for more diapers ! I would honestly think they’ll have enough with those 2 -3 diapers changes daily, since they have infants sitting in piss or poop. my child was picked up numerous times pissy, snot dried up or or crumbs from left over food that was given earlier that day, which is ridiculous. the daycare is government supported so that’s why you’ll deal with a lack of professionalism from the management because they accept vouchers, they are use to dealing with uneducated day care workers that are not qualified and people that accept poor care for their children since it’s funded by the government. the ( teacher MISSY ) in the infant room is beyond disrespectful and has a nasty attitude, she refused to give my child a certain amount of ounces as if she was paying for the milk or it was coming out of her paycheck. i also spoke to JAZMINE/ CHRISTIAN the director and previous owner and nothing was done about any of this, they told me on the phone/ in person that it will be handled but clearly it was not despite the teachers continuing to mistreat my child and give my child poor care. when you spend your hard earned money you expect for your childs (teacher) to greet you! the staff is so unprofessional and has no customer service skills which comes in the job description, they will not say anything so you will be handing your child off to a stranger someone you don’t know that won’t even say “ goodmorning or hello at drop off or inform you about your child’s Day at drop off. But I knew it was time to transfer my child when my baby was crying nonstop during pick up and drop off. My child was never picked up, shown attention or cared for properly, I will not fail to mention they participate in UNSAFE SLEEP, your infant will be sleeping in a rocking swing because they are too lazy to comfort your child themselves and your child will be in a high chair majority of the day doing absolutely nothing, remember that is what you’ll be paying for if you decide to take your child here! you will know nothing about your child’s day because the sheets are not complete and they have no manners to let you know about how your child day was. I wouldn’t recommend this daycare in a million years! it’s pitiful and disgraceful.

My youngest son has been going here for around 7 months now. I was very skeptical at first from my own bad experiences as a child. However even changing jobs I now drive out of my way to take my son back and forth here everyday. Every person I’ve come into contact here with has been professional and compassionate about what they do. They have helped my son advance both educationally (as they teach infants sign language and other things) as well as socially. Even the teachers outside of his room stop us on a daily basis to tell my child how loved he is! They help accommodate to his his dairy/meat free diet. Would highly recommend to anyone with a child of any age! When it comes to our children, having a peace of mind knowing they are being cared for be people who love them as much as you do is priceless!!
