My son attends Next Generation for a long time. There has been a lot of changes to the school in the last few months with staff and director. I was going to move but don't want to take my son to any other school. For me the school is better now the director is very strict with policies, but she is also very helpful and understanding. My son is learning a lot and I love how education is really important. I wish they had a elementary so my son could stay.

I had such high hopes when I first called this daycare, but those hopes were shattered almost immediately. Two weeks into the school year, I reached out to see if they could pick up my children from school, as kids did not adapt well to the after care at the school. They assured me they could provide transportation. On the first day, my son told me he was picked up in a personal vehicle, which immediately raised red flags. When I questioned the daycare, they claimed the van had issues but would be ready in 2-3 days. I later found out that this was a lie. They had their transportation rights on hold because they had LEFT A CHILD in a turned-off vehicle just two months prior! When I discovered this, I was horrified. The director—someone I genuinely believed to be a good person—looked me in the eyes and lied to me about the safety and well-being of my child. This is not just a minor issue; this is about the safety and trust that every parent expects from a childcare provider, and they failed miserably. They had their license suspended temporarily because of all of the situations. I urge every parent to look into this facility’s licensing history. They have a pattern of serious issues, and this is not an isolated incident. Even worse, this place is run by family members, and they cover for each other at every turn. If you care about the safety of your child, do not send them here. They cannot be trusted.

Don’t believe the good reviews. They take money off your payments to write good reviews. Let’s start about my son being locked in the aftercare van. A woman walking down the street witnessed him banging on the windows and screaming. She had to knock on the door and let them know. I never once got a phone call or was informed when I picked my children up. I’m had to call the police and make a complaint. They have been under investigation. Come to find out the Van wasn’t up to code so they weren’t allowed to use it. They are now shut down for picking up children in their personal vechicles. This place has been a nightmare since Ms.Kathy taken over. Not to mention she stole money from me over a field trip. She should be nowhere around children,

I highly recommend Next Generation Academy to all parents looking for a preschool for their children. The school is great in my opinion!!! I have personally overseen the learning resources and the cleanliness of the school at all times of the day. The teachers and staff provide daughter with fun and educational activities daily. I honestly think this is the best school she's had thus far. I feel a sense of security knowing I am bringing my daughter to a school that has pride in the fundamentals of learning, I am also comforted knowing they are here for my child's well-being and not just a pay check! Next Generation Academy has everything my child needs to help her grow and succeed in life. Classrooms have all the appropriate reading materials, arts and crafts, learning toys and activities which make it the perfect place for my child to learn and interact with other peers her age. My daughter loves coming school, it's like her second home! I appreciate them very much for all their effort and love they show my child. Thanks Very Much! I would rate this school a 10++ . This school is GREAT... My son has ADHD and the staff has been wonderful with him. Over the summer and this school year I have seen my son have great progress. Unlike other schools in the area that he has attended in the past offered little to no activities. It is very impressive and refreshing to see that this school took the kids on field trips every week and always had activities for them to have fun and learn. The staff is friendly and very involved with the kids. I would definitely recommend this school to anyone.
