The guy in the picture was amazing! He did a great job cleaning and this place would have received five stars except for a little communication problem that kept us there about four hours. The receptionist out front was extremely nice, there was just a small snafu where an appointment got switched up and we were scheduled for a cleaning and a filling at the same time. I don’t think that’s possible. I would recommend this place, I would just request that maybe the next time the people in the back knew what the people in the front I had scheduled.
I dislike this clinic now, i have been having trouble just to get "registered" for an appointment. I really think i have time to be on my phone and wait for them to call me and hour or 2 before the scheduled time i to talk on the phone with a doctor. I liked it before when i could go in to the clinic personally. It used to be way quicker.
Quick service Dr and counselors kind and friendly. Sometimes the ladies at the desk in mental health could smile once in a while. Sometimes I feel like I'm bothering them. Never rude just flat.
Dr.Armstead and Mary are great! Can't wait till they open back up. The girls up front, don't hold your breath about anyone being professional. The are rude, disrespectable, and love to put you on hold for 10 minutes just to hang up. Not sure if anyone has teeth because I never see a smile. I do hope someone responses to this, because I would to sit down and talk about how rude they are. 5 stars are for the Doctor and and Mary. One more thing I realize everyone has a bad day. If this is the case, these girls have had a couple bad years.
I made an appointment here for my back. My appointment was at 3.30 I called and told them I was coming. Speeding even. I had got caught up at work. She said I had until 3.45. I got there at 3.43 There was one person in line ahead of me. By the time I got to the desk it was 3.44 She said since her computer said 3.47 they couldn't see me. I showed her my phone said 3.44 She said she was going to ask the provider if he would see me...she came back out with a smirk on her face and said he said no. I called human resources...took them a week to call back. Missed the call and I called them back. No answer. I was done playing phone tag
