Terrible childcare center. If I could leave a negative star I would but 1 is the lowest I can rate. First off they open at 630am. I would arrive at 625am 2 teachers would walk in right past my vehicle so they knew I was there, the key fob they gave me never opened the door until 645am and several times they walked in and shut the door and wouldn't even let me in until 645 making me late for work almost every day. Even when I pushed the buzzer and knocked on the door when they were on the other side of the door or in the office and could see me standing there. Everyday I said something about it and they claim "it's a i.t. issue". 2nd our child some days had several wetting accidents some days 5 times a day from the teachers not bringing kids to the bathroom and not just our child other parents said the same thing. He never wet himself other than at this daycare and was fully potty trained. 3rd on a few occasions I would overhear teachers yelling at children while I was in the hallway. 4th the place smells horrendous of dirty diapers and pee. 5th in the year we had our child attending there were at least a dozen times of outbreaks of sicknesses including bed bugs, hand foot mouth, and several other contagious illnesses. 6th they have a ridiculous charging policy if you cancel and leave they charge you for for a full price 2 weeks after the child is no longer is attending. Be aware and stay away from this horrible place.

I called this childcare and asked about pricing several times before I signed my kids up. They told me I pay as they come, no extra fees. I signed them up for this reason! 2 weeks in they tell me I owe them over $350 for one kid and $530.00 for the other. Telling me I owe them for the days they do not attend! They were rude. Didn’t care when I told them I was told otherwise and they keep continuing to charge me after I signed them off the program. Their pricing and system is a joke. Do. Not. Go. Here.

Our daughter has been attending St. Therese daycare for about a year now. She loves it there and always has a lot of fun. We find the staff to be kind, caring and professional. They are a wonderful facility, and have taught our daughter so many things. We’re glad we found them.
