Newbees Daycare Center

My grandsons attend Newbees. The staff are very friendly and each one knows the children’s name. I am impressed with the care they give the kids. For my older grandson who is 3 he is learning lots of things and loves the other kids and staff. Newbees is a great place to care for your children!

I have 2 children that attend newbees. We love them♥️ very professional and I feel they sincerely do there best.((and my kiddos did not have an easy time adapting to daycare, they were patient and kind and made that transition easier)) Newbees thank you! And keep up your amazing work!

Last summer it was great. My son loved it. We were made aware of when he hurt himself and they took care of it with icepacks. He had a blast and was excited to go. Fast forward to this year... We had three incidents from July 3rd to July 23rd 2018. No ice packs, no notes sent home. When we asked what Newbees what happened no one had any idea.... First time I shrugged it off, kids being kids...or its hard to have eyes everywhere. Second time I still tried really hard not to be upset and give it the benefit of the doubt... Third time I just cant look past it. Three incidents in less than a month and no one has a clue there... I no longer felt safe for my son. That became problematic for me at work, I cant work not knowing if my son is safe. I did see a change in my son also. I should have known something wasn't right. Last year he loved going was sad to leave, this summer he never wanted to go to daycare, counted down the days until his weekend and was ready to leave. Seems like last year they had tons of fun playing in the water. This summer it seemed like all he did was play in dirt and with rocks apparently as he was hit in the face twice with them. I think one day this year out of the entire summer he came home with wet swim trunks. Just throwing ideas out there maybe you should hire more people so there will be enough eyes to see problems? Maybe you should re-evaluate the employees and see what is going on in each level? The back yard seemed small to me maybe make it smaller so staff can see what kids are doing? Three times of no one knowing what happened is unacceptable and honestly nerve racking for a parent. I didn't want to wait around for an even worse incident.

We love Newbees! They always make my children feel loved and at home. I drive out of my way to bring my kids there.
