You will not find a more loving and nurturing preschool in the Roanoke area. NVMS is an incredible Montessori school with teachers and administrators who genuinely care about your children and their education. This is the best decision we have ever made for our son. Please know they usually have a long wait list for new children. I highly recommend adding your child to the waitlist by 1-1.5 years old. They do not start enrolling children until 2-2.5. But I assure you it is definitely worth the wait! Tuition is very reasonable when you consider this is a TRUE Montessori school and when you compare the costs to other schools in our area. I cannot say enough great things about NVMS - we are truly fortunate to have our son enrolled and also for the wonderful parent community.
The entire staff feels like family. They provide love, attention, and care to both my daughters. The teachers are creative, fun, and warm. The facility is clean and safe. My daughters have thrived at this school!
I've got nothing but great things to say about this school. I was lucky to find them, and honored that they have been a part of my daughters' growth over the last year and a half. There are very well-educated teachers and assistants. Happy faces are always seen when I walk in, from both staff and children. An amazing amount of learning can happen here, but also an amazing amount of care is given to each and every child. My daughter will soon be entering kindergarten confidently after mastering numerous skills learned at New Vista. I'm saddened to think of her moving on, but so happy that she received such a positive and solid beginning in her life-long learning adventure! Thank you!
