My real rating is one star. I never got a tour there wasn’t a warm welcoming. The administration is rude. There’s is little to no childcare in the area and this one is the only one with a decent reputation I THOUGHT. My first week they tried to diagnosed my child psychologically and sent me paragraphs while I was at work. She was made to feel excluded and uncomfortable. My infant did ok until he was put into the toddler classroom and I was forced to pick him up over everything meanwhile still paying for his spot in the program. When my child was injured and had to wear a cast on his leg they told me they couldn’t accommodate his needs!! I couldn’t keep a job. These people hurt my heart! As I went in with high hopes and was treated with little to no compassion. When I withdrew my children it was as if we never even attended there. They wiped their hands of us. I will never send my children here or recommend it to anyone.
