If I could rate this place -1 million stars I would. There is no real structure here. The employees do as they feel and as they please. They allow harassment of all types with no proper navigation of course to handle it. People in a position of power don’t do anything either. Don’t even get me started on the HR team a complete and utter joke. They want you to come in as a client completely professional when their staff is the largest group of unprofessional people I’ve ever encountered. They argue amongst one another on the floor in front of us clients and it’s a shame. I’ve come here a few times and have witnessed it. The facility isn’t clean nor do they take proper covid protocols. No wonder the turnover rates are ridiculous.

If I could give them a 0 stars I would. Terrible, terrible communication. Takes weeks to respond to a voicemail or call, email. Takes your info and loses it to make you fill out another one. Have to wait months to get paid till this day I still haven’t gotten paid from them. They shut down the program after we started questions what the hell they do all day. Interesting, don’t go here for anything they don’t help you with anything.

They don't deserve 1 star. Terrible follow-up, and unprofessional. Do not pay on time. I would never recommend anyone to this organization

Everyone seemed afraid of the director. It seem like they do a lot for the different neighborhood they serve but what good is it if everyone doesn't feel welcome at their office.
