Poor experience due to Director deciding to contact children's clinic on our child's behalf without contacting us (The parent) or bringing concerns to us before doing so. When confronted about this issue, we were lied to, despite being contacted by the childrens clinic about her call. We have politeley asked for a simple apology, and both the Director and the Board have refused to do so.
