Atmosphere was very relaxed and the staff was very relaxed. The rooms are semi-open which could be a problem for some but for me personally i didn’t mind at all. Will definitely be returning.

Everytime I visit this place I’m facing another new problem either with my teeth or getting scheduled for a consultation with an orthodontist. This place has constantly messed up my teeth, messed up numbing my mouth correctly, drilled on my teeth before the numbing medicine could set in (I almost broke the pulse monitor they put on your finger MULTIPLE times because of this) and overall just causing me pain that I forever have to deal with. I’ve tried to be as patient as I can be with the staff and the actual dentists but I’m no longer going to keep putting the health of my mouth at risk so that they can experiment and do procedures that aren’t ethical. I can’t even drink cold water or eat cold things without having extreme pain because they messed up fill ins for my teeth and NEVER fixed them when I came back. They don’t clean and correctly get rid of tartar either, every cleaning I come in for my teeth and gums are getting drilled on even when I don’t need it I quite literally leave with bloody gums EVERYTIME. They don’t answer the phone, they quite literally decline and ignore the calls. I’ve seen them doing it with my own two eyes. They do not care about their low income patients in the slightest. They have ruined my experience trying to get the proper care for my teeth and it has left me with really bad anxiety to the point that I can’t even walk into the dentist without digging my nails into my skin and trying to calm myself down from a panic attack. I hope that they can understand the type of trauma they’re causing their patients because I know I’m not the only one who has had a really bad experience with them. My family and friends has also had the same sentiments about this place. God speed and good luck to anyone who decides to come here.

I think the front desk staff member's name was Tiffany or Stephanie. She was the best employee this place has ever had. They don't care about their patients; when I called with a toothache, all they did was prescribe medication and send me on my way. I have a friend who is also a dentist, and when I told him about my experience, he was shocked. The front desk staff was cursing and yelling before hanging up on me. When I called back, she said, "My bad, how may I help you?"

This practice is extremely unprofessional! Front desk arrives late, rude and unprofessional. They almost never answer the phones or return messages!!! How can you trust an organization with your health that lacks this level of unprofessionalism. They need to hire people who has great work ethics and great customer service. how do you forget to obtain PA for a procedure and the appt has been booked over a month!!!!! At least 4 employees have walked in and not one of them said hi or apologized for the delay.

I love healthy dental! The staff is so kind and accommodating. Dr. Robinson is especially fantastic. She is incredibly gentle and knowledgeable. You can tell she enjoys dentistry and genuinely cares her patients dental health! Can’t wait to go back in 6 months! 😊
