The New Horizon in Savage, MN is a wonderful place to send your child! Both of our children have attended. They have excellent long-term staff that isn't constantly turning over like so many other daycares. We drop off happy kids and pick up the same happy kids every day. Teachers are attentive and truly care for the kids. Jody is extremely engaged and runs an excellent center. They invest in the center with renovations, it's well maintained, and it's always clean. Highly recommend!
We love the New Horizon Savage location and cannot recommend this center enough! Our first daughter started in the infant room during the covid craze and I was very impressed. The daycare center is incredibly clean, the teachers provide daily updates and photos, and the entire staff is very knowledgeable. We then had twins and had zero hesitation sending all three of our children to New Horizon Savage! Watching our kids switch rooms and grow up at the school has been very fulfilling. The kids have fun, play with friends, think of the teachers as aunts, and are above the learning curve going into kindergarten. Highly, highly recommend. Shout out Ms.Amy, Ms.Melissa, Ms.Cheyenne, Ms.Marcia, Ms.Sandy, Ms.Katie, Ms.Kelly, Ms.Kris, Ms.Dana, Ms.Elsie, Ms.Rose, and Ms.Jody. New Horizon was a life saver for my chile care needs. I have toured many different day care solutions and when I finally decided to tour New Horizon Savage due to its location. I was blown sway with the friendliness of staff, the brightness of the rooms, the cleanliness of the classrooms, the tasteful decor and the walk in ease of pickup and drop off. I learned that New Horizon academy is designed to take care of all of your child's daily needs. The infant room ratio is very reasonable, the classroom takes care of children's meals and diapers. The teachers provide structured activities for the infants to learn. The facility has programs such as eye screening, picture day and others (locations vary with programs and events). Currently the academy uses an app called "Procare", which records diaper changes, meals, naps, direct messaging, document uploads and checkin/checkout information. My day to day is made so much easier with the ease of checking/checkout, knowing my child is taken care of, the sincere relationships of the teachers+ staff, prompt communication, and the location (i happen to live very close by). Overall I am extremely satisfied with the communication, the connection, the standards of this child care center. I would recommend this to new parents. （shout out the director, the co-director, infant room teachers!)
Our kids (pre-school and toddler) have been going to New Horizon in Savage for about 6 months and we are so happy we made the switch. The staff care so much about the kids and communicate consistently. The curriculum also ensures the kids are always learning something new and doing fun crafts! We would highly recommend this facility!
We have been going to New Horizon from the infant stage all the way to preschool and have had the best experience. The teachers are so caring and we love that the same teachers and directors have been at the location since we started over 5 years ago! We will truly miss the teachers and directors once we are gone.
