New Horizon Academy

We have been at New Horizon for the last 2 years. His teacher, Taylor, has been fantastic. Our son LOVES her. She is communicative, creative, and proactive. She gives us honest feedback about what’s going well, and what isn’t going well sometimes, which is meaningful to me as a parent, as our son spends a significant amount of time there. She helps him grow and learn on social, emotional, life skills, and academic fronts. There are hiccups that come with any childcare setting. One thing I value about New Horizon is that Carly, the director, is VERY responsive if we raise a concern or question, large or small. Our son has a dietary allergy, and we had a concern about the access and knowledge of his Epi pen at one point. Carly immediately set up a meeting with us to troubleshoot, and explained changes that were already made in the preceding days to make things clear to the staff and to the parents. I also want to acknowledge several other caring and amazing teachers from past classrooms — Heather, Dawn, and Chloe. We are so grateful for the care they have given our son. I am happy to recommend New Horizon Kutzky to friends.

All of the staff at New Horizon have been a blessing to our family. The teachers love them like own and have made a genuine impact on their development throughout the last 2.5 years. They’ve supported us in so many ways and we are so grateful for everything they do.

A great and safe environment for your kids! Ms. Taylor and Ms. Hailey are simply the best ❤️, so caring and compassionate. They’ve helped so much with my child’s potty training and language development. My kid always comes home clean and happy (unlike previous daycares). The place is spotless, and the teachers are so mindful and attentive. Highly recommend! ❤️

We have both a toddler and a newborn enrolled at New Horizon Academy. We trust their teachers to provide loving care while teaching them throughout the day! The care they provide allows my husband and I to go to work without worry, but the teachers are great at sending updates and pictures throughout the day!

We’ve been with New Horizon Academy for two years and have experienced the infant, toddler, and early preschool classrooms. There have been some outstanding caregivers and educators who’ve made a real difference for our kids — special thanks to Tabatha and Lauren in the infant room and Taylor and Hailey in early preschool. Before enrolling, I read the Google reviews — and they were all over the place. After two years, I can say the experience really depends on the staff at the time. With the current team and director, our experience has been very positive. When we moved to Rochester and needed daycare quickly, this place was truly a lifesaver. Overall, we’re grateful for the nurturing, structured, and engaging environment that NHA’s current staff provide.
