My daughter has been in the infant room for a couple months, and we love it!! Laurie, Kenzie, and Tanisha have been so amazing, and have helped make the transition to daycare a positive one for us all. They always greet my daughter with a positive smile, and I know she has a great time there. They keep me updated with photos and notes on the app, and our daughter now starts smiling at the teachers when we drop her off! We are actually leaving soon because her spot is ready at an in-home daycare, but we’re so sad to leave! We’re so grateful for our short time here!
We switched to NH-Champlin two months ago and I’m so happy we did. I honestly wish I had done it sooner! Sarah and Haley in the toddler room have been so wonderful with our son. He loves going there each day which is a weight off my shoulders knowing he’s well taken care of and has great teachers. They are so organized with their lesson plans and keep us parents updated multiple times a day on what they are teaching the kids.
NHA Champlin is one of the best early childhood education centers in the metro. They have a wonderful program that is smoothly operated by very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful staff. I’ve seen first hand the level of care, compassion, and education that the children receive. Countless young minds have been positively influenced and boosted, giving them a significant head start on not only their secondary education but their adolescent life as well. The teachers and management at this center are some of the most caring folks I’ve met. I can guarantee that your child will flourish as a student here and you will love your experience. NHA has been amazing with my son, he started in infants and is now in toddler. He loves going each morning waving to all the teachers. The staff is all so welcoming and I love the pictures and updates I get thru the day. They always have different activities everyday to keep the kids busy. New horizon is awesome ❤️
My wife and I had our first child, a daughter, last October. I’ve always been a bit hesitant about chain daycares, and by my own admission, it’s from word of mouth from others. I can emphatically write on here that everything I had heard previously was a complete farce! My wife and I could not be any happier with this New Horizon, or its staff. Our daughter has been going there coming up on a year now, and the staff have been nothing but professional as well as phenomenal in their care of our daughter. From the daily updates and photos, to their courtesy as soon as we walk in the door, it’s amazing! Additionally, the director Sarah, was so great at helping my wife and I with some tips around getting our daughter to eat finger foods, as well as some words of comfort leading up to our daughters Tubes surgery. And when our daughter finally did start eating finger foods (it was a challenge, believe me), the entire staff who’ve taken care of her were as equally excited as my wife and I. You won’t get that care any other place!
