I enrolled my child for Preschool gave my deposit and filled out all the enrollment paperwork. I never got a phone call to tell me when Preschool started or any additional information. I called and they told me they couldn't find my paperwork and someone would call me back about my deposit. Here we are a month later an I am still waiting on that person to call me! Very unprofessional!!
NHELC is more of a family then a daycare. I have gone through some tough times in the last couple years and they have ALWAYS been there to support me and my children and in ways beyond what they are required to do!! Thank you for all you do!!!
This place is nothing short of outstanding. My son is autistic and can be very challenging at times. He was kicked out of 2 places before here and I was loosing hope and heart broken. The moment the director Jen heard my story she assured me they would take excellent care of my son and work side by side with him to meet his goals. Everyone has done just that and honestly exceeded my expectations! They are loving and caring and most definitely very much qualified! They are patient and companionate and everything a daycare should be! Thank you New Holland Early Center for everything you’ve done and continue to do for my family!
We’ve sent two children here now, one starting at 4 years old, and another starting at 12 weeks old. Over the last 4 years, they have been nothing short of amazing. I’ve never worried about leaving my infant with them. She’s now over a year old and thriving. They are our extended family.
