New Generations Child Development Center

My oldest has been going to New Generation's for going on 6 years now, and my youngest started this year. They love going to daycare. Theresa, the owner and Crystal are amazing! They make you feel safe and welcome brining your babies here. We have had nothing but a positive experience with the staff. They have an app to keep you updated with how your child is doing and upcoming closures. They helped my oldest with potty training and potty charts. I stop by everyday and visit my baby during lunch and I see how the teachers interact with other kids, they are dedicated to keeping the kids in a safe, fun, and clean environment. You can tell they really care about the kids here!

My kiddo loves going to daycare everyday to learn and play with friends. They provide healthy snacks and meals, promote learning through art and play, and report daily all the positive and sometimes negative events my kiddo went through. My kiddo learned real quick on how to use a toilet and pick up after herself thanks to them. They work really hard to stay open and give notice if they have to close due to lack of staff or health concerns. If there is any health concerns they let parents know and thoroughly clean the daycare. All the teachers are so positive and are great with the children.

My son has been going here for about 2 years now and he absolutely loves it. The staff is so amazing. They helped us with potty training and they are so understanding when he becomes over stimulated or fights his naps. I love that they have an interactive app to let me know how he's doing throughout the day and if I ask questions throughout the day there so responsive. Very thankful that we found this daycare.

We've had a short association with the New Gen staff. During that time, in the midst of life transitions, they couldn't have been more supportive or helpful. The children loved attending "school" there and will miss Miss Theresa and her staff... as will we. Well done!!!

Filthy, floor is duct taped, kids constantly sick with green nasty booger’s no one cares to wipe or clean their hands or provide hand sanitizer. They have very young caregivers that most are not certified in cpr. Owner is never there. Baby gates are broken. Toys are never cleaned. Very cluttered and messy kitchen. Kids are given massive amounts of cheese for snack times, rarely given water. Usually out of hand soap. This daycare use to be good but the turnover rate is very high now and they have too many kids per 1 adult. The reviews they are getting are from people who work there. Unfortunately people don’t have time to say anything as they are rushing to work and sadly have to put their kids in this condition because finding a new daycare is time consuming. This is a daycare I would not recommend.
