Ms Martene was up front and honest. She did not rush us and was patient. This place looks clean and workers look put together well and they carry smiles on there faces. I'm sure this place is up and coming . I enrolled my 2 sons. Fahmi Bahour

1st off I want to share our experiences with a new beginning they sender children home filthy covered in dirt in with a dirty diaper on all the time The time they're wearing someone else's clothes and we never gets their clothes back. They have over used bleach there to the point where the clothes have stained bleached and they never replace them even with a submitted receipt. I have personally shown up there in literally seen no staff member supervising children in the back play area which is just dirt Read I'm under the impression that they're supposed to have mulch or rubber of something of that type of degree in the play areas. They don't. We have attempted to try and move dacres several times but we have not been financially in a position to pay the ridiculous amount owed that they claim that we owe . They don't show us any documentation of daily stays or an invoice of why we're being charged what we're supposed to be charged this is even with the vouchers . So for the past Plus 3 months we have been living in a shelter and we qualify for free daycare. The day care was aware that we were living in the shelter and that we should have been receiving the vouchers. My wife immediately upon us moving into the shelter applied for the free vouchers for day care and did all of her due Diligence. The day carry even knew where in the shelter in that we were supposed to be receiving the vouchers because they picked up the kids daily and dropped him off daily at the shelter. We get a phone call today Thursday November 2nd demanding that we pay $1800 or our children cannot come back to daycare. My wife immediately contacted the state agency that handles the valuers and they stated that They sent any information that My wife had to follow up on to our old address. Why would they send this paperwork to our old address when we're living in a shelter and they know we cannot receive the vouchers unless we're in a Shelter. So for the past 3 plus months daycare has not been getting paid the vouchers and hasn't said squat to us and calls us today at 5:00 p.m. in demands and $1800 payment or the kids cannot come back to daycare. This means my wife can't go to Work and probably will lose her job because of this. The daycare Sat there for over 3 months and didn't say anything about paying them any money and have not produce any invoice. And now today they want $1800.00 from someone who just Moved out of the shelter with no income saves into a home that was paid for by housing for new hope shelter program. Mrs. Darnella Was the person who called and demanded that we pay $1800 or our children cannot come back to day care. And she is aware of the voucher program and she knows that we were supposed to be on it. So that means for the past 3 months she didn't keep track of any payment regarding our children's day care service. How did she come up with an number of $1800 out of the Blue and not even provide invoice to back it up. And she knows we were supposed to be getting the vouchers so she should be willing to contact the state with us to make sure that we get those vouchers for the past 3 plus months that we are in the shelter . As far as I'm concern I would never recommend a new beginning for their child The teachers are rude my four-year-old son is even said that his teacher miss Amanda's hit him. We have been going to a new beginning since Jacob was 6 months old he is now almost 4 we have a daughter that has gone since she was 6 months old and she is one and a 1/2 now. I have never seen A-day care this unorganized and unwilling to work with the children and the parents to make any situation better. We have never been shown once an invoice we have always been told what we owe. And when I asked for it in voice I'm always told I will get it for you . And we never get it! They are not just affecting me in my wife when it comes to our jobs now they're affecting our children's daily routine of being around other children in trying to be in a learning en. On a scale of 1 to 101 being the worst 10 being the best I give a new beginning a 0

I am very happy with the daycare my grandson a attends he's so much like counting to 100 talking clearly cuz the teachers are very nice very friendly and I really enjoyed have my son in this daycare for the last three years I forgive you guys 10 stars
