These people are terribly rude. Had a telehealth appointment in my car before bringing my son in, and was told by 3 different employees that there are other places to park when I was parked to go into their establishment. Mind you, there were 5 open spots. I think I'll take my children and money elsewhere, if they're that rude and inconsiderate to patents planning to pay their salaries, I could only imagine what those babies are going through. I'd give negative starts if I could. Didn't even make it to the front doors. More worried about a parking spot then the children's needs is ridiculous.
If you need to find a place that your children are safe and being well cared for while you are at work then I highly recommend this daycare. They have taken such good care of my four children over 10 years since infancy. They are always reliable and I don't know what I would have done without them being a single parent. These people ( new beginning off west main street. Lexington l, KY) are very rude. They cheat individuals out of money. The daycare owner has even threaten me and said " the police and fire department will cover for him if he murdered me!" It's to the point I am getting a restraining order! I reported them as fraud on November 1st, 2021 and on November 15,2021 they did retaliation and lied on me to CPS. DO not bring your children to this daycare! Kids will be mistreated and talked to rudely. They mainly love to cheat Mexican and those who know no English. Please be wise.
Not one to make post or review places. But I would hate for anyone’s kid to be treated badly. This daycare is poorly managed and they do not treat the children well. I saw my sons teacher pick up a baby (younger than 1) by one arm across the room and harshly shove her into a bouncy chair. I discussed this within the director and she wouldn’t pull up cameras and acted as if I was lying. I have removed my son from this environment, I reported the incident just to find out they been under investigation before for things similar. Not to mention it’s not the cleanest either. I really hope this helps anyone searching.
Our children were getting hurt "EVERY OTHER DAY" & one of our children was supposedly bad every other day and we asked to be able to review camera footage and incidents always seem to happen off camera. Never recommending this daycare, ever‼️
