These care takers and director need to find a new career. I had to deal with attitude from employees every morning and rude faces. On top of that, there were multiple incidents where they didn’t report that my son was bitten and scratched! Two weeks ago I pulled him from the daycare immediately after the incident where we came home from picking him up and as I was taking my one year old son out of his car seat I saw multiple bites and scratches on his neck! When I drove back to ask what had happened, there were no camera checks, apologies, or explanations!! Worse experience ever in a day care. I would not recommend this facility at all.
