New Beginnings Academy

We love this center! My girls have thrived so much since starting here just over a year ago. My girls love their teachers and friends. The staff has always been loving, understanding and accommodating. We are family at this point and my girls love going to school. Thank you all for taking such great care of my babies! There's no other place i rather them be!

I have been part of New Beginnings since 2019. I have two children who attend the Daycare. I have seen Staff come and go but it doesn't change the Atmosphere of the Facility. They keep up with the cleaning, sanitation. Most importantly my children learn from ABC's to managing feelings. I know my children are safe when I drop them off

So my friend was picking up overtime and uses this day care provider for her kids and asked me to pick them up. I called to confirm the 4:30-4:45pm timeframe was okay with them to pick her kids up because I too have to work and don't get out until 4:30ish. The director I spoke with was very unprofessional and rude she told me no due to lack of staff but their website says their open until 6pm 🤔 not sure how the lack of staff was our problem. She also had the audacity to tell me that my friend should rethink picking up overtime if she can't find someone to pick up the kids. Understandable however she is a single mother of three children and needs the extra hours as she also told them her hours varies. This day care is being paid for the service and should rethink how they treat people. Maybe if they weren't so rude they have adequate staffing and be able to keep the staff. 🤷‍♀️

Went in to see pricing for daycare, wasn't even offered a tour, I also stood waiting for at least 10 min before I was even acknowledged. The owner response was " what do you want to know" as a new mom I wouldn't put my child here.
