What Parents Say
Note: These reviews appear to be for a residential apartment complex, not a daycare center. The reviews indicate significant maintenance issues, pest problems, poor management responsiveness, and safety concerns at the property.
I moved around there during the pandemic. (May 2020) Very noisy during the Summer, and a lot of police activity. I moved out back in 2024 when someone was shot right in front my building door. A new management took over before I left. The only positives are the maintenance team whenever I had an issue they were there to save the day. And my apartment itself was fairly nice. Oh and the neighbors, which were elderly people they would hold my packages/mail for me if I’m not home. I heard they did some renovations, but be sure to ask to see the property/unit before you sign anything. ✌🏽
They are the worst to rent an apartment with. Maintenance. Don’t fix issues and they close tickets on their own without fixing it.packages get stolen even off your doorstep even when Security is around. Management don’t care about what all going on in the community I have issues since I started living in this area nd that’s been about 6months. I was ready to move out after two months. People in the office, have a nasty and smart mouth . I would not, and I mean, I would not recommend getting a apartment in this complex.
I have the most amazing conversations and personal interactions with Miss Vita Thomas and her office staff. I always look forward to meetings and the special events that are organized for the tenants. I am grateful for this team! And Miss Tonnesha Anderson is definitely a Star ⭐️
I was just about to give them a call until I circle back and check the reviews it look good on the outside but inside everyone wrote up here had bad experience and mice bed bug how can yall take ppl money and make them live in the gutter
It will never be your apartment, it belongs to the mice. The property manager is awful and the management company always fowards you to Mr. Killian’s voicemail. This is not a place you should ever bring your kids, I have regretted every minute.
