From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive, taking the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and clearly. Veronica made sure I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way, never rushing me and always offering thoughtful guidance. She gave me a detailed tour of the community and apartment, explaining everything with care and professionalism, which truly helped me feel confident in my decision. Her kindness, knowledge, and genuine dedication made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. I am extremely grateful for her support and highly recommend Veronica to anyone looking for a positive and trustworthy leasing experience.

Veronica was absolutely fantastic! She was incredibly helpful in addressing my questions about the apartment and application process. Was able to move in fast and easy. It was clear she was very informed about the policies and the community. Dealing with the front office was easy thanks to her professionalism and great attitude. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PROPERTY!!! If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I moved in here February and I’ve had countless issues. Work orders haven’t been addressed so much to the fact that I had to pay for repairs myself without any reimbursement. My mailbox has been unable to lock since I’ve moved in and I’ve had several packages stolen. The noise is ridiculous and not enforced upon. From neighbors blaring music to the children outside into the late hours of the night (That are supposed to be supervised per apartment rules and never are). Myself, and my dog have both been threatened, and those threats aren’t taken seriously by management or staff. I personally don’t even feel safe walking my dog where I live. The public courtyard is always trashed and the pool hasn’t been functional at all since moving in nor is there any evidence of that being remedied anytime soon. Staff and management don’t respond to messages in the portal, as I’ve sent well over a dozen that have been ignored. When trying to call the front office, the staff is extremely rude and management never gets back to the tenants. I am counting down the days till I’m out of my lease, I wish I’d moved anywhere but here. I’ve had to involve police to help take care of issues and keep a log of what’s going on due to managements inability to communicate with tenants, enforce community guidelines, and actually manage this property. There’s been several lease violations from other tenants That should invalidate their lease yet nothing’s ever enforced. And maintenance staff enters my apartment while my daughter is home alone who’s under the age of 16 mind you when that’s not allowed. I’ve delayed posting this review, but I personally find it my duty to inform the public of what’s going on in this apartment community. I only wish somebody had posted a review with as much detail, so I wouldn’t have moved in here myself. If you prioritize your safety, enjoy not being woken up by blaring music or children screaming at the top of their lungs, or enjoy a properly managed apartment, then avoid this place at all costs.

I’ve had such a positive experience with this leasing office. Veronica has been incredibly responsive and supportive every step of the way. She always greets us with a smile and truly cares about residents needs. I appreciate her professionalism and warm personality highly recommend!
