The teachers are great, however the owner who’s never there would always say I owed more than I actually did. I kept up with it in a notebook. I got to my son’s Christmas party and he was in just a pull up. Everyone failed to mention he peed through his pull up and to bring him a change of clothes that day when I arrived to the party they said it slipped their mind. We lived 30 miles away from the school when we moved.. They had to be there by 9:00.. I got there at 9:01 and the door was locked in my face as I was walking up with my child. I have reached out to other parents whose kids no longer go there, and ironically they’ve had the same issues. My child also came home with bites on him multiple times, and I get it’s a child care facility. However no one reached out to the parents of the kid biting other children. I had to do so myself. If I could give negative stars I would.
Loved my little girls teacher Miss Cassie and she was amazing with my little girl. Taught her so much in the short amount of time she was there! Although I wish she could have stayed longer the owner can’t clearly do her job properly. All I can say is keep them receipts and never pay in cash!!!! Money orders, cashier checks or personal checks only! She tried getting 490 out of me when I know dang well I’ve never missed a payment for any week! Plus an extra 50 for supplies?? What is the 110 a week for if you still need money for supplies? Which I would have been happy to help with supplies if I was told we had to help with that! But it just came out of the blue like the 490 I supposedly owed her. I tried to to even get her to give me dates for the weeks I missed and she couldn’t even do that! Smh. Someone must have had a bill come up that needed to be paid ASAP. Can’t fool this girl though considering I keep track of all the bills I pay each month.
Absolutely rude human beings. Called to get general information regarding price for my child and a woman answers the phone asking me what do you want?? Then I ask for prices she snaps at me. I wouldn't dare let my children go there. No patience and no manners.
