We toured many daycare facilities but chose Nana’s because it was budget friendly and close to where we live. I’m so glad that we did , our daughter is in the infant room. They take such great care of her. They always provide a daily communication form with feedings , naps , and diaper changes.
DO NOT RECOMMEND*** I would not give this place any stars if google would let me. First, the director is very unprofessional. Provides no documentation regarding an incident that allegedly happened in which a child may or may not have been injured. Does not contact parents regarding this incident and abuses their power of not providing adequate information to parents. When asked for proof, parents were denied this to already confirm/correct their toddlers behavior. ( I’m referring to their accusations of not being able to control said toddler. Not what I would assume are your normal day to day disciplinary issues) Even then, this is a child we are talking about, but apparently this small child can control a whole classroom with adults present. The daycare sent home a toddler in a wet pull-up that was so soaked their nylon shorts and car seat were also wet. Please make that make sense. It almost seems deliberate. Especially When the parent informs you of the toddlers name, you tell them you don’t care what his name is because he doesn’t listen? All of these interactions with said parent were dismissive and rude. PLEASE READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE ENROLLING YOUR KID!
As a fellow parent that has had their child bullied by the teacher and the director! I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone sending their child to this daycare. They will make up accusations and then when you ask for proof or try to have a parent/teacher conference they will laugh in your face. My child was terminated due to they didn’t want to “deal with him” anymore. Not to mention being very unprofessional and towards me. My son feared the director, would come home crying because of Judy Puckett! Please read these reviews before another child and parent gets bullied for this facility!
This is honestly one of the best daycares. My kids went there and my granddaughter goes there and never had a problem. Teachers are great they do change the diapers then do hold the infants (almost to much) they are on the floor interacting with them at all times. Some people just can’t seem to handle the truth and that is clearly what the director does is tells the truth doesn’t beat around the bush if you come in and ask how your child’s day went and want the truth your gonna get it no lies. Thats communication.
Do NOT bring your child here. This is the worst child care establishment. The director avoids all problems and is a terrible communicator. The whole staff just doesn’t care about the children’s well-being. Probably need a reset. Just saying 🤷🏼♀️ After reading all of the reviews on this day care, you’d think they would be shut down. Just straight trash. We tried to give this day care a chance, but it’s just like reviews said. Trash.
