went there couple days ago and the staff are TERRIBLE and ive heard there is someone in the staff who treats the other staff AWFUL like they are robots and thats sad if you treat employees awful and if you treat customers awful! you should be ashamed ive seen better YMCAs than this one

Having never been to a gym regularly ever in my life joining the Muscatine ymca was the best decision of my life. I have been told that gym culture is not the way it is at the YMCA so having the opportunity to join this facility has been a wonderful influence in my life. The staff are helpful and kind and this being a kid town the opportunities and amenities they have for my children are second to none sometimes they don’t have lifeguards in the summer so they can’t have their pool open regularly other than that it is a great place to be a part of

My name is Terry McDaniel have been attending the Y for @5 decades the current life guard Angela is running me out of the pool at 8:30pm when the posted hours of operation are "The Muscatine YMCA pool is open during regular facility hours: Monday through Friday from 5:00 am to 9:00 pm, Saturday from 5:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Sunday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, according to the Muscatine Community YMCA. The pool schedule,..." If the hours posted are to be respected then she needs let the public utilize the facility during said hours. Respectfully, Long time patron

Beautiful well-kept facility with several gyms, great indoor track, awesome aquatic center and lots of friendly staff.
