I have an emergency trying to get a certificate of dead of my husband father and I try calling the City Hall for hours and all I received was a busy signal no matter what number I use as extension. Very disappointed on how this phone works.

El 25 de Julio visite desde Ponce la plaza de adjuntas ,pues mi esposo ,y mi nieta de 4 años nos gusta por el clima pero ese dia comenzaban las fiestas cual fue nuestra sorpresa no estaban los artesanos ,ni habia actividad recuerden si tenemos niños no podemos estar a las 7pm por seguridad somos de lejos las machinas para los nenes empezaban a las 6pm nos dijeron, vì varios padres con sus niños tambien espero hagan cambios .
