Munchkinland Child Care Center

This was both the BEST and WORST part of my childhood!! BEST because all my good memories are from here, and WORST because I had to leave! Granted, when I went they didnt have as many activities, but they took very good care of us all, despite some of us being lil rascals (i am guilty for!) Ms.Tiffany had been part of my education before she took over from Mr.Gary and Ms.Linda. they were always kind yet strict teachers, and were perfect regarding my education! I miss this daycare everyday, and i wish I could take my own children here in the future!

NEW owner. TOP notch service and childcare provided. I love that the curriculum is infused with STEAM concepts (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics). The little kitchen is a delightful addition to the interactive daily program.

This place is absolutely atrocious. The Director is very incompetent and unprofessional, lacking basic communication, math and writing skills. The posts on their Facebook page are available if you wish to confirm this. & the comment back to me was extremely unprofessional but I'm not bothered. I was simply asking for the owners information since I was displeased with the director herself and felt I needed to go up the chain of command. Nothing was resolved of course. I am not about to have an internet back and forth with a DIRECTOR of a child care center. This actually says a lot of the owner who would employ someone like this but to each his own! I unenrolled two of my children from this center after my daughter was sent home with feces in her underwear. She is only two and was on her way to being potty trained. I was very understanding and I did not make a scene about the incident. i understand things happen and I consider myself to be very understanding and reasonable. I simply emailed the director my concern with the picture of my child's underwear to show her, because she was not there when I picked up my children and also wasn't there the morning after when I wanted to discuss the matter. Quite frankly when is she ever there? She emailed me back stating she would talk to whomever and I have no idea if anything was discussed with whomever was responsible for my child. I requested that they send home a daily report specifically a potty log, so I could know when my child was going to the restroom, to be sure an adult was present to help her going forward. Come to find out, per the owner that daily reports SHOULD be sent out, but I never received a single one. Instead of making a fuss, I just unenrolled them. I find it concerning that a director doesn't care enough to be sure a simple request is executed, especially considering she was sent home with feces in her underwear for god knows how long and a red bottom. After I emailed her to let her know I was needing their documents back, a refund for the weeks I paid in advance and also a statement showing my zero balance, she provided me a receipt. Mind you, I asked her twice in an email for this and she confirmed she would have it ready when I picked them up, hours later. Of course, it wasn't ready. I was provided with a receipt she scribbled on with the name of the center and her scribble scrabble signature, that's it. I could be wrong but I thought a receipt is for when you make a payment not when you receive a refund? But hey! No worries I simply emailed her letting her know what I needed! She also had me sign a paper for the incorrect amount to be refunded, and ALSO didn't give the amount back that was on the paper. It was only $5 so I am not one to make a big deal out of something so small, especially knowing my problems there would be over. However, I needed the document showing my balance so I specifically asked for her to redo this and add the information I needed and she never responded to my email, this was on a Friday. After being patient, hoping maybe Monday morning I would receive this, I asked for the owners information because clearly she couldn't do what I was asking for & that's okay! Some people aren't able to do their job. Only THEN, on TUESDAY did she email me back asking if I still needed the document. Oh! & had the nerve to pass around my email I sent to the owner to show all her colleagues. I suppose we have high school children taking care of children at munchkinland. The only reason my kiddos were there as long as they were, 2-3 weeks give or take, is because of the Pre-k Teacher Ms. Jordan. During this time, I never not one time spoke to my youngest child's teacher. She never introduced herself, never discussed with me the issue with the underwear. i thought Ms. Sie was her teacher and she wasn't. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Tiffany and her father are like family to us!! She is amazing with my daughter. Her daycare is clean, her staff is friendly, her prices are reasonable and my daughter has a great time when she’s there. She has many different activities for the kids to do in the summer. During the school year she helps the kids with their homework and makes sure they have their reading time done. You can take your children here and not worry at all about their safety! I would definitely recommend Munchkinland to any parents looking for a great daycare.

Munchkinland is hands-down the best daycare for our little guy! He has attended Munchkinland since he was only seven months old. He is now almost 3. I trust them in all aspects. He has learned so much, has a great time, and comes home happy every day. We could not ask for anything more. We love Munchkinland, the teachers and the owners.
