Ms. Mary'S Angels Daycare

The lack of empathy is crazy, keep getting denied for food stamps first Medicaid now this. For 2months I’ve been trying to get benefits I was denied twice because they didn’t review my information. I’ve been calling in everyday with no result all they can say is sorry but sorry isn’t helping us eat . I have cancer and my son is Autistic we depend on snap benefits until I recover. I turned in everything way before it’s due and they say omg sorry processing an error request we didn’t look at it in time so how is that my fault . This is damaging to my life we need food we need the help. I’ve never experienced this in my life me and my child won’t be having anything for thanksgiving to eat .

Miss Robinson is such a delight but you wouldn’t tell by the way she looks when she calls your name. She is very engaging she makes you feel welcomed almost like family just talking to her you feel like you have known her forever. I don’t have a job at the moment and she even gave me the list of a few apps I can create a profile on and go to work that is how you assist your community she goes above and beyond to help any and every way she can. I’ve been to this location several times and no other worker has ever treated me with respect and helped me the way that she did the others are kind of rude honestly and make you not want to go back to that location. Only giving the stars for Miss Robinson and her only.

Me and my son came into this location and we were kind of skeptical of the lady who called us she had a look on her face as if she didn’t want to be there and just seemed really mean. When we got to her office she assisted us and was a pleasant nice and caring person she went above and beyond to get our case worked and made sure we left out with benefits. The lady with the purple and black hair is such a blessing and you can tell she has issues herself she walks with a limp and as she walks you can hear her saying “ouch”. The lady with the purple and black hair engaged us in friendly conversation as if she cared what we had going on she treated us like humans she made us feel seen and not like we were getting on her nerves or annoying her. Anytime i come back to this location i ask for the lady with the purple and black hair and is hurt to find out she isn’t my official case worker. I forgot her name but she was indeed an angel in disguise and i’d like to say don’t judge a book by its cover because the look on her face will indeed scare you away but underneath that hard exterior she is an angel and will assist you the best way she can. I’ve sent my friends to this location in hopes they can be assisted by the lady with the purple and black hair. We all appreciate your service to the community.

This location needs to either close down and or hire all completely new staff even down to the supervisor. They CHOOSE to be in the customer service field yet have nasty attitudes. If you are there to collect a paycheck you need to leave. This is a place that people are down on their luck, facing hardships and just overall in need. So the last thing they need is to be greeted with horrible customer service. They need patience, compassion, understanding and overall empathy to their situation to get help. Truly sad of an office!

If I could give zero Stars I would! This place was beyond unprofessional rude and racist they do nothing but give you the runaround and make you wait in line all day I was told that I couldn't pick up a new card even though my card was mailed out more than a month ago and I still have a received it my benefits were stolen last night so I was told I needed to fill out a form h 1854 to which I filled out and got back in line for the third time this time the security guard was letting other people come in front of other people putting priority on One race against the other put it that way now before anybody says anything no I'm not racist my daughter is Mexican I am anything but racist but the people here are racist rude hateful give you the runaround and give you forms that you don't even need to fill out of the can even be turned in don't go here if you can help it go to the one off of the North freeway over by the Walmart near Cross timbers because you'll be here all day with no help
