Sending your infant out to daycare is not an easy thing, but with the great staff and cameras this transition went smoothly. I love how much affection and dedication the teachers had with every single kid. They always had great activities planned for the day , and having access to the cameras inside always gave me piece of mind at work. The affordable prizes are always a plus. Sadly due to our recent move we had to look for a daycare closer to home. But they never failed to meet our expectations in the 2+ years my little one was there. Thank you Melissa 😊
My daughter went to this day care a couple months ago and therefore I am going to leave a review, for other parents that are thinking of bringing their child here . She attended this day care for about 3-4 weeks, when I finally got access to the cameras. I realized that after we will drop her off she will be left on the high chair until the rest of the staff arrived! She will be crying and they wouldn’t even pay attention to her. Her whole demeanor changed outside of daycare. I never brought it up to staff in fear that they will retaliate against her. Instead I quickly found someone to take care of her and removed her.
I have had my child here for close to a year and have never had any problems. My baby is always happy to be there with her friends and loves her teachers. They are responsible and I trust them completely with her. Melissa the owner is always very helpful and takes her time with everyone to accomodate my requests. I am very thankful for everything she does for my child. She takes all concerns for my child seriously.
The owner is very unprofessional! A child was left at her facility for care, and piece of furniture fell on top of child. Instead of owning to their mistakes,and making this place better for safety of other children. Owner has started harassing the mother, and pointing fingers painting her to be a bad mother. When that is completely irrelevant as to why her facility is not baby proofed. I say this place is not safe for anyone's kids and has to be shutdown. Her reputation is more important for her and she loves mom shaming. This person is not fit to take care of your children better yet run a Daycare facility. You left a clear impression of the vile person you are!
Mrs Melissa is the best to work with! So is her staff. I wouldnt look to hard ab the reviews ab the cameras . I work on post w very bad reception BUT i am always able to see my son on camera 😂. NEVER FAILS . Very Professional . There was miscommunication w payments and they worked w me PROFESSIONALLY to get the issue resolved. My son has only been enrolled for two months and he is 1yrs old. At first he would cry when i left now he will walk in on his own and go to the staff with open arms. He loves his teachers and they love him as well as the others. Very Good w Hygiene. everytime i look at the camera a child is being changed . Every time i pick my son up he is always dry. This was a temporary option until he moved off the waiting list on post but now i think this is where he will stay. 🤍🥰
