I have had a family member at TLC, aptly named :-), since 2023. Our whole family feels lucky to have met Traci, I'm not sure how she manages to create a culture of care & compassion while still prioritizing the safety of each resident. "Above and beyond" is a phrase that often comes to mind when I think of the personal care given to both the residents and extended family members at TLC.
