I have 3 daughters, my oldest is now 17 years old and attended Mountain Valley since she was a baby, when she use to get her diapers changed. Almost all teachers who were there 17 years ago are STILL THERE!! My second child attended also, who is now 8 yrs old and now my 5 yr old attends, she is now a current student. I am extremely happy with this place and words cannot explain how grateful I am they exist. It says something when a daycare has held employees now for 17 years, that says enough and not only how they have been with all 3 of my kids but says enough they have held their employees that long also. This place is amazing and extremely grateful GOD exposed my 3 little ladies to this place, starting 17 years ago. The director Diane is still there who was also there 17 years ago, Extremely grateful and can't say enough!!
If I could give MVCDC more stars, I would in a heartbeat!!! Our experience here is been absolutely FANTASTIC!! We enrolled our first child in 2018, starting in the infant room. He was enrolled all 5 years and is doing WONDERFUL in grade school, and we MVCDC to thank for this!! Stephanie does an exceptional job preparing her students for Kindergarten. We currently have a 3 and 2 year old enrolled and they are doing amazing! Also, there is a curriculum, and I can't even begin to tell you how overly impressed I am with the knowledge and skills my kids have gained at such a young age. Not to mention the friends they have made, the social environment, etc. The teachers keep them busy with all sorts of different activities. And the biggest take away: they come home HAPPY at the end of the day, and cannot wait to wake up every morning for school! Every staff member and teacher my kids have had demonstrates top notch friendliness, professionalism, and communication!! We've never had to worry once about our kids' well being! For those complaining about the wait list: there's a reason why there is a line a mile long to get in! We had to join a wait list too, just like every other parent, and you just have to deal with that because it's worth it! Just like anything else worth waiting for. We view every person who works here not as staff or teachers, but part of our family! It takes a village and they truly care about EVERY family who is enrolled here. We love everyone there and are extremely blessed to have them in our family!! We can never thank MVCDC enough, or show them enough gratitude for being such a huge blessing in our lives!!
My experience with MVCDC has been fantastic when my kiddos have gone over the summer, and during the holiday breaks! They really enjoyed the planned field trips, and different activities provided throughout the summer. My son also has ADHD and has always struggled more in a daycare environment because of the structure of them, but the staff/teachers at MVCDC took their time with him and created a relationship with him that made the difference. All the teachers there really care about teaching the kids and you can see it is a passion for them. 10/10 would recommend!
Our family is so glad to be a part of MVCDC. Our daughter has been at MVCDC since being in the toddler room. There she thrived with Miss Monica and Miss Carmen's dynamic duo teamwork. And thanks to the patience of her K-Prep teacher, Miss Stephanie, she has grown tremendously. Miss Janet at the front desk is always our last stop of the day - because we just can't leave without one of her hugs. More than simply a daycare, MVCDC is an early learning center. From classroom behaviors to the alphabet, our daughter has grown tremendously under the care of her teachers. Our strong, but shy child has learned to thrive in a classroom environment. She is now looking forward to kindergarten with confidence! Thank you, MVCDC, for going the extra mile to ensure a successful learning environment and a safe place to grow! I am so grateful I can trust my girl in your excellent care.
The Assistant Director Jessica is an aggressive joke. She is always misplacing parents’ info on the list. Kept pushing me off the waitlist. Waited over a year for nothing. I called so many times. Got an attitude for no reason and was extremely rude to me. Kept lying and making excuses. Rooms are overcrowded. Kids and teachers yelling. Dodged a bullet for sure! This place is not what is seems beware! Teaching style is just to get you sucked in. False advertisement.
