This company is not right by there actions!!Federally subsidized housing should be the foundation upon which much of our social safety net is built. It is supposed to be a core component of our public response to the intertwined crises of poverty and homelessness, funded by taxpayer dollars citizens should have the right to safe and affordable housing , however the private property managers that are being hired don’t have the right trainings or know how to control there own personal feelings and emotions over business and innocent children’s housing. If they get mad at you or if you make them look bad some how they don’t know how to keep there professionalism and handle it the right way not this management company anyways they do not follow huds rules and policies and the landlord doesn’t enforce them . They lie in court. They intimidate tenants so much that no one takes it any further or fights it in court. It’s truly sad they can only treat innocent tax paying citizens bad for so long one day they will realize they are public servants to the public if they don’t realize that they need to find a different career. I would think very wisely before living here document and record everything little thing because they aren’t afraid to stand up and lie in court.
