Mountain Breeze Preschool

Oh, Mountain Breeze!! This school is truly a slice of magic. From the moment we joined, it felt like more than just a preschool. It felt like a community built on love, intention, and deep respect for childhood. The teachers pour so much genuine love into their students. They meet each child exactly where they are, with kindness, compassion, patience, and understanding. It’s clear this isn’t just a job to them. It’s something they truly believe in and care about. Many of them have children of their own and backgrounds in child education, and you can feel that blend of experience and heart in everything they do. One of the things we loved most was the outdoor aspect. The children spend so much time in nature, not just playing outside but learning to appreciate and care for the natural world. They’re taught to notice the beauty in everything, even the messy, muddy, not-so-beautiful parts. There’s something incredibly special about a place where kids are encouraged to get dirty, explore, ask questions, and simply be free. My child was absolutely feral in the most beautiful way, full of big energy, curiosity, and independence. Instead of trying to stifle that spirit, they embraced it. They nurtured who she naturally was while gently guiding her with caring boundaries. She was allowed to be wild and free, and at the same time she was supported in learning how to move through the world with kindness and respect. That balance is rare, and they do it so well. She absolutely thrived in the environment they created. The confidence, curiosity, and joy that grew during our time there is something I’ll forever be grateful for. She graduated preschool beyond excited and truly ready for kindergarten because of how thoughtfully they prepared her. For over a month, she asked me every single day if today was the day she got to start kindergarten. She has now completed kindergarten, and her teacher consistently told us she was a model kindergarten student. That strong foundation was built at Mountain Breeze, and I will forever be thankful for our time there. It will always hold a special place in our hearts.

Mountain Breeze was a wonderful preschool for my son. He was so ready for kindergarten! Most importantly, I always knew he was safe and well guided towards good educational, emotional, and social practices. I highly recommend this school.
