My infant started coming at 6 weeks old. As a first time parent I did as much research as possible. From my first phone call I knew this place was above the rest. The staff are extremely nice and keep an open line of communication. Every single staff member that opens the door greets you with a smile and upbeat attitude. Very Affordable as well.

Do not take your kids here. If they did this to me they can do it to you too. It started yesterday 10/16/18 when I text one of the daycare teachers that I thought I was close with and let her know I was looking at a daycare (nothing was finalized) not because I was not happy but because they don’t help me if they can’t take my school kids on 2 hr delays and early dismissals . I told her I would let her know when I put my two week notice in . I then get a txt message (not even 24 hour notice) that the owner (Nancy) has waived my two week notice and will inform CCIS that yesterday was last day. I called Nancy thinking there must have been some miscommunication because I never put in my two week notice just simplied stated that I was looking because they cannot accommodate early dismissals and 2 hr delays.. I was nothing but nice to this woman on the phone. She began to get smart saying that my kids have been there so long and I up and did this ?? sounds to me like she was upset I was probably going to be leaving. She wrongfully kicked my children out and left me without any baby sitters until I finalize the new daycare which could be another week or so. She told me she is exercising her practices as the owner and it’s in my contract (that she can end it any time) she ended it wrongfully. She is not a very pleasant woman and I am not sure how she owns a business the way she spoke to me today . Stay far from this place. I was also told that there is a waiting list and other moms are waiting. So I guess that makes it OK for them to kick my kids out without 24 hr notice and I have to miss work until it’s figured out.
