My children have been attending mother goose for some time now and I absolutely love the school any questions concerns I may have they are addressed every morning I’m greeted and told have a great day mom you guys are doing a wonderful job and I appreciate you all for taking care of my children.
Switch Daycare and came to Mother Goose ... the staff are kind, loving , and my children are learning so much that my 14months is starting his transition to the toddler room
Mother Goose is a wonderful place to learn. My toddler is learning so much and her teachers are amazing.
My daughter has attended Mother Goose for a year. I am very happy with the teachers and the administrator's. The teacher's show love, compassion and knowledge of Appropriate Childhood Development when working with my daughter. I don't worry about her while I am working because I know she is going to be okay. The staff is easy to talk to and have offered helpful advice that would help my daughter learn.
I had a son, 1 yr old, attending this school. For a week straight it's like the staff had an issue and for some reason was picking with his father and I at drop off. This one particular day, I entered the establishment on time and met with Ms Kelley at the door. She says "I don't carry kids to the back." In an nasty tone. Like a lot of kids new to daycare, my son falls out crying, so all of the staff carries him atleast half way to his classroom. After watching him fall out on the gross entryway runners, in a metal door frame able to hit his head at any second and watching her pull on his arms aggressively, I then asked would she like me to assist her and she replied "Mom, you can close the door.". Of course I didn't close the door because I didn't like the pulling of his arms or him falling out on the floor. She finally picks him up and walks him to his classroom flopping like a chucky doll. I didn't like either so I asked her to bring him back to me and I'll take him home for the day. As she's bringing him to me she starts throwing all type of extremely inappropriate insults that NO daycare worker should ever cross boundaries and say to a parent. After we had words, she apologized and admitted that it was wrong and she was having an off day. To me that doesn't negate the fact that it happened, she had several chances to snap out of it but chose to continue on. A sorry doesn't suffice for all the foot work I had to do, removing my child from that facility and finding him another daycare while missing work days, not to mention uprooted him from a new routine that he already wasn't comfortable with just yet. It was totally unprofessional and unacceptable! To top it all off she's the director! This incident happened over 3 weeks ago and the owner has yet to give me a call. She was on vacation when the incident happened but I was told that she was aware. Don't send your infants here, they prove to have no patience and evidently when there's a problem the owner could care less. If you guys could hear some of the insults that came from her mouth!! I've never given this school an issue, EVER! I was one of those parents that was 100% unproblematic and she agreed to that as well.
