Our family is so grateful for Marcia and the whole team at Brilliant Butterflies. We had looked around & toured quite a few of larger day cares in the area, and none of them felt quite right (especially for a toddler who has a difficult routine). I am very picky when it comes to child care, and the environment here is just so incredibly warm and welcoming. From the moment I first met Marcia, I could tell she goes out of her way to make each child feel comfortable and safe and able to grow and learn in her daycare program. Our daughter was always excited on the way to Marcia’s, and I got frequent photos and updates from the team here throughout the week. Marcia helps each kid maintain their own routine, but she also encourages them to try new things and go on adventures. Even though we haven’t needed to use the day care here for a few months, my little girl still talks about “Mrs. Marcia” all the time! We miss visiting her, and I would highly recommend her program to anyone looking for a reliable and safe daycare.
We have been taking our daughter to Mrs. Marcia at Brilliant Butterflies for almost a year and have had nothing but positive experiences! As first time parents we were nervous leaving our baby girl, however Marcia has always made sure we are all on the same page and accommodates whatever we may need. The socialization and skills she’s learning each day are amazing, not to mention the comfort I feel when she’s happy to be dropped off in the morning. Highly recommend!
Switching from a large daycare to Mrs Marcia's home base daycare was the best thing I did for my son! He does not get sick as often, and does not cry when is being dropped off. As soon as he gets out of the car, my son runs to Mrs Marcia's house with a smile on his face. He receives close attention and care. Marcia communicates my son's needs immediately and troubleshots problems as they emerge. Marcia takes the children outside in the rolling wagon during nice summer days, and has a variety of interactive activities inside and outside her home; such as water table, trampoline, swings, slide, color blocks, pretend kitchen, piano, books, numbers and ABCs. My son has been in Marcia's home base daycare for almost 2 years, and he has learned the numbers 1-20s, entire ABCs, colors, and most geometric figures. It is a great relief to know my son is on good hands while I am at work. I recommend Brilliant Butterflies 🦋 for your daycare needs!
Marcia is a wonderful caregiver. Our daughter started going to her daycare around 8 months old and Marcia was so flexible & patient to get her settled in. We felt such at ease, especially as first-time parents, knowing that Marcia had a gentle approach and that our daughter was being truly cared for. Our daughter is 1 now and has done so great there - she reaches for Marcia now as soon as soon as she is dropped off. I highly recommend this daycare!!!
