been here two years and i can confirm it sucks. i have yet to have a decent teacher. they seem to care more about politics than education. being socially aware is important however i’d to like to go to my class and learn about said topic instead of what trump is doing. the older admissions lady has serious issues. she always has a nasty attitude. i see why this school is so cheap. you get exactly what you pay for. youre better off going to morraine or literally anywhere else.

Shout out to Mrs. Moreno and Mr. Jered Montgomery...... Mrs. Moreno is an amazing instructor even though we were a small classes she did not cancel her course she went above and beyond for her students. If you have her for any course you will have a caring person next to you. Not a lot of instructors are like her. Some will see a small class and cancel the course right away not caring for the students that have already registered and pay out of pocket. Mrs. Moreno Thank you for being Amazing you by yourself are a Diamond in the sky. Mr. Jered Montgomery his course was phenomenal I went all in nervous not knowing a clue of what I was going to do and boy did I start loving his course I though I new how to listen to music and movies plus talented singers that I had no clue they even existed with great music. Try to do a course while dancing to the beat. I did ;-). Thank you both for being fantastic instructors. One other thing call the admissions department and there is a lady that always has an attitude when she ask for information and what makes it worst it when you get to the right person that knows the answers to your questions you really wonder why this person is still working there. If I could remember her name I would put her out here.

The front desk is having a difficult time answering the phone calls. I understand when I go there. The front desk is always by herself in the front or chitchatting with one other person however, if I’m calling for an important matter, there should be no reason to hang up the phone and not answer the phone afterwards. I tried calling continuous times and it’s very difficult to get a hold of the front desk for just one simple un-answered question. Whoever is in charge, please update your staff immediately because they’re not doing their job at the front desk. It’s not the first time I go through this. This is very unprofessional and disrespectful.

Throughout my experience here, I have felt well-guided and supported by the counselors and teachers. As an older student returning for coursework, I felt nervous about navigating the online system and campus. There were lots of very professional and helpful individuals who answered my questions promptly and accurately. I'm enjoying my courses and getting my necessary credits. Overall, a great experience.

They show no assistance on questions, don't make things clear such as prices and cause a lot of time wasted applying for individual courses meeting with advisors and financial aid
